Refund Policy

In contrast to today's throwaway culture, quality counts for everything. We take great pride in the design and manufacture of our products to ensure their longevity and ultimately your satisfaction. We are so confident in the quality and fit of our products that we have extended our returns policy to 1 year* to give you peace of mind before you order.

Simply put, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 1 year or return it within 30 days for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned to us without first being sent back will not be accepted.

Please note that our registered office is not the return address. We will send you the return address after your return has been checked and authorised. Please understand that we cannot accept any liability for items sent to the wrong address.


Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged or you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item after accepting the return.

European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been authorised or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
