Free delivery for purchases in United Kingdom and Germany & Austria.

 

Delivery Times
All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of your payment. We will do our best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. This means that if the delivery of the products is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and we will take the necessary steps to minimise the delay.

 

Returns - Cancellation
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to cancel and cancel your order. The costs for the return shipment are at your expense. In the event of a return, please contact our customer service department at contact@dumboberlin.com, stating your order number and the items to be returned.

The items must be returned with their unremoved label and any accessories in perfect condition for resale. They must not have been used, washed or damaged.

Delivery times vary depending on the service selected when ordering.

For customers from UK: As the goods are imported by us, no customs duties or import taxes are payable on delivery.

For customers from the EU: As the goods are dispatched from the EU, no customs duties or import taxes are payable on delivery.

For international orders: Depending on your country's tax regulations, customs charges and import duties may apply on delivery. Please note, there are some countries where we will calculate your customs and import taxes at checkout before dispatching your order, this avoids delivery delays and confusion for our customers.

Please provide your phone number at checkout. We will use your number and/or email to complete the shipping label for the courier. If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, the courier driver may attempt to contact you by phone or email and ask for further delivery instructions.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed and may vary depending on location, festivities, public holidays near the delivery location, weather etc.

We reserve the right to change the delivery method, delivery method or delivery company in order to provide a better service at our discretion. This may include offering you a faster service (in this case free of charge) or even changing from one courier to another.

We do not send orders to PO boxes.

Pre-ordered and out of stock items will be dispatched on a first come, first served basis as soon as they are available. The waiting time may vary and is not guaranteed. Thank you for your patience and understanding

Please note that some remote or distant addresses may incur a surcharge, which we will have to charge you afterwards, as the system does not take it into account at the checkout. This almost never happens and we ask for your understanding.

If you have inadvertently chosen the wrong shipping method, we will contact you to either pay the difference or refund you the overpaid shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address. Delivery addresses can only be changed prior to despatch. If an order is not accepted by the customer upon delivery (or there is no one to accept it on your behalf) or it is returned to us undeliverable, we reserve the right to return it to you for an additional small shipping charge or ultimately issue you a partial refund of your order less our original shipping charges.

For international orders : All customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and the buyer is responsible for paying them, as well as payment for returns and customs duties. Once an order is shipped, international customers accept to pay these customs charges if they are ever levied, if they refuse to do so and the order is returned to us, the customer accepts to receive a partial refund of the order for the entirety of our shipping and customs charges.

In the unlikely event that your order is missing items, the packaging has been tampered with or simply damaged in transit, please take photos immediately and contact us without delay. If items are missing or have been damaged in transit, you must give us at least 30 days from the day you contacted us to investigate the matter and either send you a replacement or issue you with a partial refund for the damaged or missing items. If you cannot provide compelling evidence of theft or damage, your claim may be rejected.

Although this may sound like a lot, we almost never have problems with deliveries and are always here for you!
